No-Jitos

Here in Australia we may not get Christmas with a side of snow, but these refreshing No-Jito’s certainly bring a lemon lime glow, thanks to Collagen Beauty. Zesty and refreshing from lime and mint make this a great palate cleanser and a great mocktail version for the kids to enjoy, simply add your favourite white rum for an adults only version.

Ingredients

2-3 lime wedges

About 15 mint leaves

30 ml lime juice

2 tbsp water

½ cup mineral water

1 handful of ice


Make it boozy: 60 ml white rum

PRODUCTS

1 tsp Collagen Beauty Lemon Lime


  1. Mix the Collagen Beauty Lemon Lime with water in a small dish.
  2. Add ice to a tall glass.
  3. Add all the ingredients to your glass.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Sip and enjoy
