Peanut Butter and Jelly Collagen Porridge

You can't go past porridge as a warming, versatile and nutritious start to your day. It's also our number 1 way of getting our collagen fix in over the winter months.

Ways of pimping up your porridge are endless but here is a combo that we have tried and can confirm, is a winner!

Oats are a great way to start the day. They are a great source of complex carbohydrates to fill you up and slowly release energy over the next few hours. Your serve of Collagen Beauty or Body brings a great source of protein (as well as the very specific benefits your collagen provides). The peanut butter and almonds provide healthy fats, and no matter what fresh fruits you choose, you will be bringing more vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to the bowl. We have to be honest, the jam and maple syrup are mostly there for their flavour...but deliciousness is also an essential component of any healthy meal. 


1/2 cup organic oats

1 cup nut milk

1 tbsp peanut putter

1 tsp chia jam 

Your choice of fresh fruit, we chose blueberries and strawberries


1 small handful of The Wholefood Pantry Pesticide FreeAlmonds

Drizzle of The Wholefood Pantry Organic Maple Syrup

1 serve of Collagen Beauty or Collagen Body 

1. Add your oats, nut milk, and Collagen Beauty or Body into a small pot over a medium heat. Stir continuously until your desired texture is reached.

2. Top with your peanut butter, jam, almonds, and fruit.

3. For those with a sweet too, add the option extra drizzle of The Wholefood Pantry Maple Syrup.
