Breakfast dreams do come true. Peanut Butter and Chocolate are always a win in our books and swirling them over comforting baked oats boosted by all the goodness in our Thriving Protein Smooth Vanilla, make a satisfying and downright delicious way to start the day.
Add protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, egg, milk, vanilla & maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Melt half of the chocolate using the double boiler method. Cut the other half into chunks.
Pour into a small baking dish, swirl through the melted chocolate, scatter chocolate chunks on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt remaining peanut butter.
Once cooked, drizzle over peanut butter. Enjoy!
