Pina Colada Granita

Christmas Pina Colada Granita makes for the perfect post swim treat, cool down dessert and palate cleanser. This recipe is a timely excuse to try the new Collagen Beauty Tropical flavour. We take full responsibility for all compliments on your granita glow. 


¾ cups coconut cream

1 pineapple, halved, flesh removed and chopped, reserve pineapple cavity (place in fridge).

Juice of 1 lime

Lime wedges to serve

1 cup of Malibu


2 tbsp Collagen Beauty Tropical

1. In a blender, add Collagen Beauty Tropical, Malibu, water, pineapple flesh, lime juice, blitz to combine.

2. Pour mixture into a dish and freeze overnight. 

3. Use a fork to ‘rake’ the frozen mixture into a granita, then return to the freezer until ready to serve.

4. Serve the granita in glasses with a spoon or in the reserved pineapple for everyone to share, top with lime wedges.
