1/2 head of cauliflower
1 heaped tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Vegan Nutritional Savoury Flakes
1 tbsp Vital Veggie Power
1 tsp The Wholefood Pantry Pink Himalayan Crystal Salt
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Cut cauliflower florets from the core then slice florets to get flat edges both sides.
3. Lay out on a tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with olive oil then bake for 15 minutes.
4. Remove tray from oven then sprinkle over Vital Veggie Power, vegan savoury flakes and Himalayan salt.
5. Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until golden.
