Using a double boiler method, gently heat the coconut cream and chocolate chips, stirring until just melted (do not boil).
Add collagen and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl combine coconut yoghurt and maple syrup.
Pour warm chocolate mixture into the coconut yoghurt mixture, add salt and stir to combine.
Pour into ramekins, cover and refrigerate for 3 hours until set in the middle.
