Smoked Salmon Bagel

Consider this the catch of the day because this bagel is swimming in flavour. Cream cheese, buttery salmon, tangy lemon, and that everything bagel crunch all come together as a tide of textures. Mix in a little Chicken Bone Broth and you’ve got a brunch favourite that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.

  • ⅓ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice + zest
  • 1 tsp Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle Original
  • 1 bagel, lightly toasted (with everything bagel seasoning) 
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 large heirloom tomato, sliced 
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • Pink pickled onions
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Add cream cheese to a small bowl, add chicken bone broth, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
  2. Add cream cheese mixture to the bagel, then layer on smoked salmon, a slice of tomato, pickled onions, lemon zest, dill and a pinch of salt and pepper.
