Smokey Maple Macadamias
Smokey plus Maple plus Macadamias, need we say more. This moreish, sweet but spicy snack is a hit in any platter or as a snack all on its own.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the macadamia nuts, smoked paprika, Himalayan salt, and maple syrup. If using, add a few drops of liquid smoke for extra smokiness.
  3. Toss the ingredients together until the macadamia nuts are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned macadamia nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the nuts are lightly toasted and fragrant.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
