Smokey Roast Carrot Broth Dip

with Chicken & Beef Broth

Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

9 carrots - cut into chunks

1 tsp himalayan salt

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp cracked pepper

1/2 clove garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp smoked paprika

1/4 cup tahini

1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

1 tbsp Beef Bone Broth Hearty Original

1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Turmeric


1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Combine carrot chunks, cumin, salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil in a roasting tray and cook until nicely roasted through (about 30 mins or so).

2. While hot, place carrot into a heat proof blender, food processor or thermomix. Squeeze the roasted garlic in, add in tahini, smoked paprika, broth, and liquid smoke. Blitz until smooth, if needed add a little water a teaspoon at a time to soften)

3. Season to taste. Refrigerate until needed - will keep for about 2-3 days.
