½ cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped toasted peanuts
100 g The Wholefood Pantry Dark Chocolate Buttons
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or microwave.
- Peel bananas, then cut in half, then in half lengthwise then place cut side up on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread peanut butter over the cut side of the banana, then drizzle over chocolate and sprinkle chopped peanuts.
- Place back in the freezer for another 10-20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened. Store in an airtight container.
