Snowman Mojito

This Snowman Mojito is so rum-believably delicious! Does anything really go better with rum than lime and coconut? Well, we put it to the test and added the yummy classics like mint and pomegranate, but gosh darn did we find a winner with Collagen Beauty added. Not only does it bring an added flavour boost, but it also boosts your inner & outer glow thanks to Verisol Bioactive Collagen Peptides, zinc, vitamin C and silica.

  • ¾ cup of lime juice
  • ¼ cup of packed mint leaves, plus more for garnish
  • ½ cup of Agave Powder (sugar)
  • 2 tbsp Collagen Beauty Unflavoured 
  • ½ cup of white rum
  • ½ cup of coconut rum
  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk
  • Sparkling water
  • Pomegranate arils
  1. Add mint to a cocktail shaker and use a muddler (or the back of a wooden spoon) to gently muddle.
  2. Add rum, agave powder, lime juice, Collagen Beauty and cream of coconut. 
  3. Add ice to the cocktail shaker, then cover and shake well, until chilled. 
  4. Strain into glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and pomegranate arils.
