Spiced Dark Hot Chocolate

Some like it sweet, some like it spicy, this one is a mix of both. Rich dark chocolate meets warming spices and our Collagen Hot Chocolate for a cosy sip that’s good for your skin and your soul. Topped with mascarpone and cinnamon - this is the perfect excuse to wind down, doze off and start dreaming about the next one.

  • 2 cup milk (of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
  • ⅔ cup 70% dark chocolate 
  • Plus extra for topping - Finely shave
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp/pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of flakey sea salt
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone 
  • cinnamon sticks (optional)
  1. Add 2 cups of milk to a saucepan, along with Collagen Hot Chocolate, dark chocolate, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and salt. 
  2. Heat gently and whisk to combine, bring to a simmer.
  3. Pour into your favourite mugs or glasses, and top with a dollop of mascarpone, dark chocolate shavings and a tiny dusting on cinnamon.
