Spiced Pork Noodles

PANTRY ITEMS

  • 1.1 lb pork mince
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 14 oz noodles of choice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 3 tbsp tamari sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 bunches of Chinese broccoli, washed and finely chopped
  1. Fry pork in olive oil until cooked through and beginning to crisp up.
  2. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to packet instructions.
  3. Add garlic and ginger to pork, fry for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Add tamari, peanut butter, maple syrup, Chinese five spice, white pepper, chili oil, and chicken concentrate, stir to combine.
  5. Add water and Chinese broccoli, stir through and allow to simmer until it reaches a sauce consistency.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and stir through.
