1 ripe mango, cubed
1 jalapeno thinly sliced
1/2 cup of ice
2 large cubes of ice
For the rim:
1 lime wedge for rimming
2 tsp chili flakes
3 tsp salt flakes
Dessicated coconut, toasted
2 tbsp Collagen Beauty™ Tropical
1. Add Tequila, Cointreau, lime, water, Collagen Beauty™ Tropical, mango and ½ cup of ice to a blender, blend until smooth.
2. Mix together salt and chilli powder in a dish.
3. Rim the serving glass in lime juice from a lime wedge, then dip the rim of the serving glasses in the mixture.
4. Place 1 large ice cube into 2 glasses, pour over margarita. Garnish with lime wedge and jalapeno slices.
