Made with freshly grated potatoes and a sprinkle of parmesan, these bad boys are fried to crispy perfection on the outside but keep that fluffy goodness on the inside. With a sprinkle of our Chicken Bone Broth, you’re also adding that extra bit of flavour and nutrition to seriously elevate this simple dish.
2. Parboil potatoes for about 8-9 minutes, drain and then grate potatoes with a grater.
