Trail Mix Brownie Balls
So much bliss in every bite of these Trail Mix Brownie Balls, they have the texture of a gooey brownie with the satisfying crunch of the buckwheat kernels. So easy to whip up with your wholefood staples, these nourishing balls are packed full of protein, healthy fats and fibre.

  • ¼ cup Thriving Family Double Choc
  • ½ cup hemp seeds
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup linseeds
  • ¼ cup pepitas
  • ¼ cup buckwheat kernels
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup brown rice syrup
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • Optional coatings: Rose petals, cacao powder, raspberry powder
  1. Place hemp seeds, cashews, sunflower seeds, linseeds, pepitas, buckwheat kernels and chia seeds in a food processor and blitz into a meal.
  2. Then add desiccated coconut, protein powder, peanut butter and brown rice syrup and blitz again until combined.
  3. Roll into balls then refrigerate.

Optional: coat with additional hemp seeds, rose petals, cacao powder and raspberry powder before serving.
