Method
Place hemp seeds, cashews, sunflower seeds, linseeds, pepitas, buckwheat kernels and chia seeds in a food processor and blitz into a meal.
Then add desiccated coconut, protein powder, peanut butter and brown rice syrup and blitz again until combined.
Roll into balls then refrigerate.
