Red & Green Layers

Milk Layer

  • 2 tbsp Australian Gelatin
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk, warmed
  1. Prepare your first Gutsy Gummies Jelly layer. In a mixing jug add ⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies Mixed Berry to 3.3 fl oz room temp water. Mix to combine, then add in 1 cup of recently boiled water. Pour into your container and pop into the fridge to set for 30 mins. 
  2. To make the milk layer repeat the process. Mix 2 tbsp Australian Gelatin with 3.3 fl oz room temperature water (to bloom the gelatin). Heat your milk to a soft boil for a minute and then add warmed milk, maple and vanilla extract to the bloomed gelatin. Leave for 10 mins to come closer to room temp. Pour over the first layer and refrigerate for 30 mins to set. 
  3. Repeat step 1 with Gutsy Gummies Pine Lime, cool for 20 mins to room temp and then pour over the final layer and set for 2 hours. 
  4. Slice and refrigerate until ready to serve.
