1 or 2 lemons (to get 60 ml lemon juice)
90 ml ginger lemon kombucha (3 shots. Flat kombucha is better)
1 egg white
Dash of rice malt syrup
Dried orange slice and cherry to serve
Make it boozy: 50 ml whiskey
1 tablespoon of Collagen Beauty Tropical
- Juice the lemon(s) to extract approximately 60ml of lemon juice.
- In a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice and all your ingredients.
- Shake for 20 seconds and pour into your glass (beware - if your kombucha was fizzy the pressure may build up).
- Garnish with a dried orange slice and/or a cherry.
