Tropical Chilli Sours


When life gives you lemons, make tropical sours! The best thing about these sours, well a few things really, the skin, hair, nails and gut benefits from Collagen Beauty Tropical, gut lovin’ goodies from kombucha and the amount of time it takes to quickly whip these up. You could also whisk(y) these up too if you were so inclined. Nothing sour about life when drinking these glowing little numbers!

Ingredients

Ice cubes

1 or 2 lemons (to get 60 ml lemon juice)

90 ml ginger lemon kombucha (3 shots. Flat kombucha is better)

1 egg white

Dash of rice malt syrup

Dried orange slice and cherry to serve

 

Make it boozy: 50 ml whiskey

PRODUCTS

  1. Juice the lemon(s) to extract approximately 60ml of lemon juice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add a handful of ice and all your ingredients.
  3. Shake for 20 seconds and pour into your glass (beware - if your kombucha was fizzy the pressure may build up).
  4. Garnish with a dried orange slice and/or a cherry.
