1/2 pineapple, flesh cut into chunks
2 mangos, flesh cut into chunks
3 tbsp C Berry Blast
1. Place the mango and pineapple chunks in a food processor and process until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a slice tin lined with non-stick baking paper. Freeze overnight or until firm.
3. Remove from the freezer and stand at room temperature for a few minutes. Scrape the mixture with a fork, spoon into cups and serve immediately.
