Turmeric White Bean Dip

2 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth (any flavour - we used Homestyle Original)

2 cans cannelinni beans

2 cloves garlic

2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp black pepper

2 tsp himalayan crystal salt

½ cup water

½ lemon (juice)

  1. Drain the beans and rinse in a colander.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend for a couple of minutes until smooth. Add olive oil, water, or lemon juice if needed to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and store for up to 4 days.
