Preheat the oven to 350°F and remove puff pastry from the freezer
Line a baking tray with baking paper
In a large bowl mix together all the filling ingredients until combined
Divide the mixture into four and create little sausages down the middle of each sheet of puff pastry with the mixture
Roll each sheet to form the sausage roll, cut into little 2 inch rolls and place on baking paper
Brush on the egg wash then top with black sesame seeds and sprinkle with 2 tsp Veggie Hero
Bake for 30 mins
Serve warm and watch them disappear!
