In a large bowl add cold whipping cream, Choc Whiz or Collagen Hot Chocolate and coconut sugar. Beat on high until the mixture begins to thicken. Keep beating until the mixture has soft peaks, or you can make an indent in it that holds its shape.
Add ice and 1/2 cup of milk to each glass.
Place the whipped cream into a piping bag or strong zip-top style bag. Snip the corner of the bag with scissors and pipe a swirl over the warmed milk. Top with candy-cane marshmallows (optional)
