Whipped Matcha
There's so Matcha you can do when it comes to our Matcha Latte powder, and this recipe might just be one of our new favourites! Who would have thought getting an antioxidant hit through matcha could feel like eating ice cream, and in perfect time for the warmer weather.

  • 3 tbsp Collagen Matcha Latte
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 14.1 ounces (approximately 1 3/4 cups) coconut milk - chilled, fat separated
  • 6.76 fluid ounces (approximately 3/4 cup) plant milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  1. Add Collagen Matcha Latte powder, coconut sugar and coconut fat to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Using a whisk, whip the mixture until combined. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix together remaining Collagen Matcha Latte powder and water in a dish.
  4. Add ice to a glass and pour in the plant milk. 
  5. 5. Pour Collagen Matcha Latte mixture into the glass.
  6. Top with whipped Collagen Matcha.
  7. Dust with a little more Collagen Matcha Latte powder and enjoy.
