3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

with Berry Jam

We like to make things easy for you, so here you have it, a 3-ingredient pancake recipe that will have you looking like a master chef in the kitchen. These pancakes are the perfect recipe to use up the ripe bananas sitting in your fruit bowl that you forgot about. With added protein, these delicious treats will leave you feeling both nourished and satisfied.


2 cups mixed berries of your choice ( we used strawberries, raspberries and blueberries), plus extra for serving

2 eggs

1 large banana

Coconut Yoghurt

Maple syrup


¼ cup The Wholefood Pantry Chia Seeds 

2 tbsp Thriving Protein Smooth Vanilla

1 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Oil

  1. Add mixed berries and chia seeds to your blender and whizz until combined.

  2. Mash eggs and banana together, once combined add 2 tbsp of Thriving Protein Smooth Vanilla and stir until smooth.

  3. Heat your pan over medium high heat and melt 1 tbsp coconut oil. Scoop the desired amount of batter into prepared pan and allow to cook until bubbles form before flipping. 

  4. To serve, stack your desired amount of pancakes onto a plate, top with Coconut yoghurt, berry jam, fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
