Straight out of Monsters Inc and onto your plate, these Monsters Inc Apple Bites are here to snack scare! With a single white chocolate ‘eye,’ a strawberry tongue, and some seriously sharp sunflower seed ‘teeth,’ they’ll make you scream… with delight! They’ll have everyone reaching for more, so grab one before they disappear into the closet!
Cut off the cheek sections of the apple (to create the head shape) then cut a wedge out of the middle out of each cheek to create a mouth shape
Coat the inside of the cut ‘mouth’ section with the nut butter mixture
Place 1 sliced strawberry inside the mouth to resemble the tongue.
Place sunflower seeds into the top of the nut butter mouth section’ to resemble the teeth.
Using the nut butter mixture,’glue’ a white chocolate button to the center of the apple, just above the mouth. Then, repeat with a milk chocolate chip on top of the white chocolate to create an eye.
Munch away, and don’t let Randall sneak a bite!
