First up in our series of Snaccident heroes is our Avo Poke Bowl. This one is guaranteed to satisfy those sushi cravings. With protein to keep you full, complex carbs, oodles of macronutrients, conveniently served in delightful avocado bowls, these tick all of our snaccident boxes. That's without even going into how delicious and full of flavour these are! The brown rice base is cooked in our Chicken Ramen Bone Broth bringing a delicious umami base topped with a fresh selection of vegetable, guaranteed to make your tastebuds sing.

  • 1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Miso Ramen
  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 1 tbsp Pepitas
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 avocado, cut in half, seed removed
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 radish, sliced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced and quartered
  • 1/4 cup edamame beans
  • Chives, sliced
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Nori, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime
  1. Cook your rice to packet instructions, adding Chicken Bone Broth Miso Ramen to the cooking water.
  2. While rice is cooking prepare your ingredients. 
  3. Spoon your cooked rice into halved avocado, top with your vegetables and toppings, then squeeze over the juice of your lime.
