1 cup cashews, soaked
1/4 cup desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp rice malt syrup
2 tbsp Thriving Protein Strawberries & Cream
2 tbsp Berry Immune
1. Place all your ingredients into a food processor until a dough forms. You may need to stop and scrape the sides as needed.
2. Roll dough into evenly sized balls.
3. Roll balls in desiccated coconut. For variety you can choose to leave some uncoated.
4. Store in an airtight container.
