- Use either a glass mixing bowl or metal baking dish.
- Mix all the ingredients together using hand beaters or preferred mixing appliance.
- Freeze for 90 mins, remove and hand mix again, make sure you scrape down the sides.
- Freeze again for 45 mins and mix the mixture again.
- Repeat for another 2 (or 3) 30 min intervals until you get an ice cream consistency.
- Take out of the freezer for 10 minutes before you enjoy, or transfer into smaller canisters for individual serves.
