Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

10 Store bought frozen chicken dumplings

3 tbsp grapeseed oil

3 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 tsp grated ginger

½ tsp toasted sesame seeds

½ tsp chili flakes

¼ tsp white pepper 

2 spring onions, finely chopped

 

1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken

1/2 tbsp tamari

1 tsp sesame oil 

1 tsp malt vinegar 

2 cups boiling water


  1. Fill a pot with boiling water and cook dumplings to packet instructions
  2. Meanwhile, heat grapeseed oil in a small saucepan, bring to boiling temp 
  3. Add garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, chilli flakes, white pepper and most of the spring onions,to a small heat proof bowl, then pour hot oil over the garlic and ginger mixture, let it bubble to cook - take care during this step.
  4. Add Chicken bone broth concentrate, tamari, sesame oil, malt vinegar, boiling water, stir to combine
  5. Add in cooked dumplings
  6. Top with remaining spring onions.
