Coconut Pistachio Energy Balls

These little power-packed balls are perfect for a sweet-tooth snack attack. Packed with satiating good fats, plus Super Greens + Reds Watermelon Strawberry that brings 23 nourishing greens & reds, 18 vitamins & minerals, plus pre & probiotics to support immunity, gut wellbeing and energy.   • 3 tbsp Super Greens + Reds Watermelon Strawberry
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (for the mixture)
  • ½ cup desiccated coconut (for coating)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor, blend then scoop 1 tbsp of mixture and roll into balls
  2. Add remaining coconut to a bowl, then coat each energy ball in coconut.
  3. Place in an airtight container until ready to eat.
