Energise Me Smoothie

  • 3 tsp Super Greens + Reds
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 2 limes
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Small handful of ice
  1. Cut limes in half, and put them in a blender with 1 cup of water
  2. Blitz them and then strain the juice to remove the solids.
  3. Return the lime water to the blender and add in the banana, yoghurt, honey, vanilla, Ice and a serve of Super Greens + Reds
  4. Blitz until smooth and enjoy
