1 thumb size piece of ginger, sliced
1 thumb size piece of galangal, sliced
1 red chilli, sliced
2 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1-2 tbsp tamari
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 spring onion sprigs, sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
8 store-bought organic beef dumplings
2 bok choi, halved
1 ltr water
2 tbsp Beef Bone Broth - Hearty Original or Adaptogenic Mushrooms
1 tbsp The Wholefood Pantry Coconut Sugar
1. Heat water, Beef Bone Broth, garlic, ginger, galangal, tamari, coconut sugar, lime, chilli, and sesame oil in a pot and bring to a simmer. Taste and season.
2. Add in dumplings and bok choi, and poach according to packet instructions.
3. Serve in two bowls and garnish with spring onions.
