With added chopped fruits and yogurt, this parfait is a fruity-licious and gut loving lunchbox hero.
2.5 cups fruit, chopped (eg. strawberries, blueberries, green grapes, rockmelon)
1 cup granola
5 small (kid size) jars or container with lids
Method
Mix ⅔ cup Gutsy Gummies with 3.5 fl oz water, stirring to combine.
Add 13.5 fl. oz. recently boiled water, mix to combine. Divide the mixture between containers and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
Once the gummy layer is set, divide the vanilla yogurt evenly among the containers.
Top each jar with chopped fruit and granola.
Secure the lids on the containers and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Note, if using as a lunchbox snack, ensure to include an ice pack or frozen juice box next to the jar to stop the gummy mixture from melting in the summer months.
