Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sesame seeds (black, white or both)
2 tsp chives, finely chopped
Dash of chilli powder
2 tsp finely cut seaweed
Dash of Shichimi Togarashi seasoning (optional)
2 tsp Chicken Bone Broth Miso Ramen
1. Place eggs in boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
2. Place cooked eggs into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process for 1 minute.
3. Gently tap the eggshells and peel off.
4. Cut the eggs in half, top with ingredients.
