On a well floured bench, roll dough into 1/4 inch thick large circles
In 4 bowls add 2 ounces of cream cheese, a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp of each superfoods for kids powders
Marble the powders through the cream cheese
Carefully apply the cream cheese mix in 4 quarters of the dough circles
Top will the 2nd dough circle
Place a small glass in the middle of the circle and cut the dough into 4 even quarters - starting at the glass. Then cut again into 8ths and then 16th’s if you like
Take each of the slices and twist twice then join 2 together at the ends at even second one
Remove the glass in the center
Whisk egg and egg wash the whole top
Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown
Serve immediately
