Strawberry & Banana Protein Smoothie

This smoothie will have your whole family feeling berry bananas with joy! This nutrient-packed smoothie is perfect for a balanced blend for on-the-go mornings - hot tip, make extra in the morning for a nutritious evening or post lunch snack for the kiddies.   • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp Thriving Family Unflavoured (coming soon)
  • 1 cup milk (your choice of)
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Little heart shape cookie cutter
  • Peel and trim one of your bananas lengthwise, then trim off the rounded end to make an almost flat strip. Press in your heart cookie cutter to make little heart shapes
  • Press the banana hearts onto the inside of the glass wall.
  • Blend remaining ingredients in a blender, then pour into your glass. Serve with a spoon to scoop the banana.
