  • 4 oz coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Super Gut
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 kiwi fruit, chopped
  • 1.75 oz pineapple, chopped
  • 0.5 oz baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 8 fl oz coconut water
  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blitz to combine.
  • Add ice to a glass. Pour the liquid into the glass.
