Inspired by the brilliant @logansfewd, this recipe brings together crisp cucumber and a tangy soy, rice vinegar, and wasabi dressing, all enhanced with our secretly-good-for-you Chicken Ramen Bone Broth. Add in creamy kewpie mayo, smoky salmon, and a sprinkle of furikake, and you’ve got a salad that’s as cool as a cucumber - and totally worth the hype!

  • 1 cucumber 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp wasabi
  • Ginger (to taste)
  • 2 tsp Chicken Bone Broth Miso Ramen 
  • 2 tbsp kewpie mayo
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon
  • Furikake seasoning (to taste)
  • Multigrain rice cakes or sourdough (optional)

  1. Slice cucumber thinly and place in container
  2. Add soy sauce, rice wine vinegar & wasabi
  3. Grate in ginger
  4. Squeeze in mayo 
  5. Sprinkle in broth
  6. Chop smoked salmon into chunks then add to rest of your ingredients
  7. Sprinkle furikake seasoning liberally 
  8. Place lid on container then give a good shake to combine everything
  9. Serve as is or enjoy with rice cakes or sourdough
