Information on how to enter the “Nutra Organics – WIN $1000 for Your Christmas Feast” Promotion and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions to be valid.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Competition Period

Entries into the Promotion open on Thursday, 5 December 2024, at 8:00 AM AEDT, and close on Tuesday, 10 December 2024, at 11:59 PM AEDT (“Promotional Period”). Entries must be received by the Promoter before the Promotion closes to be valid.

Eligibility to Enter

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes spouses, children (including stepchildren), parents, and siblings (including step-siblings).

How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the following during the Promotional Period:

• Follow @nutraorganics on Instagram.
• Like and save the competition post.
• Comment and tag two (2) people you’d love to invite to your Christmas feast.
• Bonus Entry: Share the competition post to your Instagram story and tag @nutraorganics.

Entrants may enter multiple times, provided each entry meets the above criteria.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1000 voucher for their chosen grocery store.

• The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The Prize must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the chosen grocery store.

Draw Details

This is a game of chance. The winner will be drawn at 2/2 Kite Crescent, South Murwillumbah, NSW 2484, on Wednesday, 11 December 2024, at 11:00 AM AEDT via random selection.

The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.

Winner Announcement and Notification

The winner will be announced via the @nutraorganics Instagram Stories on Wednesday, 11 December 2024, at 1:00 PM AEDT.

The winner will also be contacted via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

Unclaimed Prize

If the winner does not claim the Prize by Friday, 13 December 2024, at 5:00 PM AEDT, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the Prize. The redraw will occur on Monday, 16 December 2024, at 11:00 AM AEDT.

The winner of the redraw will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and announced on the @nutraorganics Instagram Stories.

Additional Terms

Publicity

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes in any media without remuneration.

Liability

The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury incurred as a result of the Promotion, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
