Add 6 grams (2 teaspoons) to a little warm water and stir to combine. Then, add the remaining milk of choice to make 200 mL.

The Matcha flavour can be adjusted to suit your preference. For a mellow and gentle taste, you can follow the standard recipe by adding 6 grams (2 teaspoons) of Collagen Matcha Latte powder to a little hot or cold milk of choice. However, if you're a bold, hardcore Matcha lover craving a stronger flavour, you have the option to add an extra teaspoon or two of the powder to intensify its rich, earthy notes.

We use premium culinary matcha, the second harvest tea leaves, providing beautiful colour and rich, distinctive robust flavour to blended preparations (like lattes and smoothies). Our Organic DōMatcha® is 100% authentic Japanese ground matcha, directly from Kagoshima and Uji, Kyoto where Japanese matcha originated.

Matcha green tea contains 4 types of what we call catechins (epicatechin (EC), epicatechin-3-gallate (ECG), epigallocatechin (EGC) and epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), of which the latter is the most active and abundant. EGCG is a powerful antioxidant found in matcha that offers free radical protection.

As with other matcha containing products, there is some naturally occurring caffeine in our product (approximately 26 mg per serve). So we do advise on all our products to seek advice from your health care professional on taking our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We only say so as we believe that every pregnancy is different, taking a toll differently on each individual body in vitamin, mineral and energy levels. We invite you to research the product to ensure that you are not sensitive to any particular ingredients.

Our Collagen Matcha Latte is gluten free yes! The recipe does not contain any gluten containing ingredients and we make sure that Collagen Matcha Latte is manufactured and packed in a gluten free environment.

It is not vegan. Collagen Matcha Latte contains collagen which comes exclusively from animal origin. We proudly source our bovine collagen from the most reputable, sustainable and ethical manufacturer in the world - Gelita.
