Our body can make most of the fats it needs but it can't manufacture omega-3 fatty acids, so they must come from food. DHA and EPA are types of omega-3 fats that come mainly from fish and other seafood. We have added DHA, along with a smaller amount of EPA, to complement a healthy, balanced diet for children.

We carefully select our ingredients and work closely with our suppliers to understand their quality, origin and suitability for each product. Where possible, we prioritise Australian and organic ingredients to support local suppliers and maintain transparency across our supply chain. However, ingredient availability, seasonality, quality and supply requirements mean that Australian sourcing is not always possible. In these cases, we source selected ingredients internationally.

Choc Whiz has had a smarty pants update! We like to fine tune our products so they stay at the top of their class. Our yummy chocolate drink is as delicious as ever, with a few minor tweaks to make it even better for little legends.

Of course! Thriving Family is a great protein + nutrient boost for both kids and adults. It's a deliciously easy way to incorporate extra protein, vitamins and minerals into your breakfast through a smoothie, porridge or breakfast muffins.

You can include Thriving Family in any baking. Probiotics and some water soluble vitamins such as B vitamins and vitamin C are susceptible to heat so some may be lost. However, the vital minerals and macro nutrients such as protein will be preserved, adding a good whack of nutrition to whatever baked goods you add it into.

BC30® is a well-researched, branded probiotic strain known as Bacillus coagulans GBI-30, 6086. As a spore-forming probiotic, it is designed for stability during manufacturing, storage and consumption.

You can consume up to 2 serves of Thriving Family per day (60 g). However, please make sure you are getting your protein intake from a variety of sources and remember that Thriving Family is not a sole source of nutrition.

For young children, a smaller serve may be suitable depending on their individual dietary needs. The product contains a range of vitamins and minerals that can be included as part of a balanced diet.

Berry Immune super berry powder tastes like a sweet tutti frutti berry explosion with a tiny bit of tang. We have combined Nutra Gentle Lock Technology dried fruits with other superfoods to create a delicious berry flavour.

Gentle Lock Drying is unique to Nutra and is the name of the drying method of choice for our fruit and veggie powders, the reason we use it is because it’s the best. This drying method is an effective drying method for nutrient retention which is important when we’re talking about vitamins and antioxidants. We want as much of these nutrients in our product as possible, other drying methods such as spray drying/air drying involve high heat which destroys these precious nutrients. It also goes without saying that if this method is the best for nutrient retention, and also for savouring the colour, flavour and aroma of our fruit powders, which is why Berry Immune tastes as good as it looks.

Our flavours are natural. We use premium ingredients and natural processing methods such as heating, fermenting and pressing.

Yes. The recipe does not contain any gluten containing ingredients and Berry Immune is manufactured and packed in a gluten free environment.

Unfortunately Berry Immune is not suitable for children under the age of one and doesn’t fit the very specific criteria for foods suitable for infants.

It has a yummy, gently sweet and savoury taste of vegetables. No flavours or sweeteners have been added.

Veggie Hero has been designed for the nutritional needs of kids over 12 months of age. If you wish to use this product in children under 12 months, please consult your healthcare practitioner prior to doing so.

The vitamins and minerals are natural. We are use a superfood blend made from broccoli, spinach, kale, pumpkin, sweet potato, sunflower seeds, kelp, chlorella, maitake and shiitake mushroom which provides a range of vitamins and minerals.
