Our entire range has been 3rd party tested for a premium quality assurance you can trust. We’ve checked for heavy metals and glyphosate - and passed with flying colours!

The independent lab tested down to 0.01 parts per million (the minimum amount detectable), and there was no glyphosate detected in any of our products. Plus, heavy metals are well below the safety limits set by FSANZ. Because there are traces of heavy metals present in almost all natural foods, what’s important to note is that there is no heavy metal contamination above what is naturally present and safe to consume in our products.

Ensuring our products are as clean as they are effective is important to us.

Why Protein Matters?

Protein is one of the three macronutrients, alongside carbohydrate and fat. Protein is made of building blocks called amino acids - nine of which your body can't make itself, so they have to come from food. Protein is involved in many functions, but is necessary for tissue building and repair^ as well as muscle growth and maintenance^. Therefore, protein isn't just a delicious addition to meals and snacks, it’s also functional and necessary for our bodies to thrive. ^Contains protein which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and is necessary for tissue building and repair, when consumed as suggested and part of a healthy, varied diet.
Our Organic Whey Protein is made with premium whey concentrate (WPC) from certified organic, grass-fed New Zealand dairy, delivering 23g of complete protein per serve with all 9 essential amino acids. It’s a creamy, versatile option that blends easily into shakes, smoothies or baking. The right protein for you will always depend on your goals and preferences, but whey is a high-quality choice to support everyday wellbeing.
Collagen, whey and plant proteins each have different amino acid profiles and ingredient sources. Whey protein is derived from milk and contains all nine essential amino acids. Plant proteins are sourced from ingredients such as peas, rice or soy and can provide a complete amino acid profile when used alone or in combination, depending on the source. Collagen protein is derived from animal connective tissue and has a different amino acid profile, and it is not a complete protein. Each can contribute protein to the diet. The most suitable option depends on dietary preferences, ingredient tolerances and nutritional requirements.
Protein requirements vary depending on age, sex, body weight, activity level and individual nutritional needs. For adults, the Australian Nutrient Reference Values recommend approximately 0.75 g of protein per kilogram of body weight per day for women and 0.84 g per kilogram per day for men. Protein can be consumed across meals and snacks as part of a healthy, varied diet.

Common Questions

Whey protein is a high quality, complete protein derived from milk as part of the cheese making process. The liquid whey is collected, filtered, and dried into a convenient powder. Whey protein is a popular source of protein that provides essential amino acids, including Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), and is commonly included in the diets of active individuals or those looking to increase their daily protein intake.

It can be easily mixed into water, milk, or added to smoothies, oats, or baking as a convenient way to support daily protein intake.

Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), the base of our Protein Waters, is usually suitable for people with lactose intolerance, as it contains less than 1% lactose.

Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), found in our Organic Whey Protein, contains around 7% lactose, so it may not be suitable for those who are more sensitive.

However, tolerance can vary from person to person. Some individuals may be able to enjoy a small serve of WPC without symptoms. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with a small amount or choosing WPI (Protein Waters), and always consulting your healthcare provider if needed.

Both contain high quality protein — the best choice depends on your needs:

Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) → around 70–80% protein, with a little more natural fat and lactose for a creamier taste. This is the type we use in our Organic Whey Protein, making it perfect for smoothies, shakes, and baking.

Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) → over 90% protein, with less fat and lactose than WPC. This is the type we use in our Protein Water, which is light and refreshing.

The choice simply comes down to whether you prefer a creamy shake (Organic Whey Protein) or a lighter shake (Protein Water).

Yes, our whey is pasteurized to ensure it is safe, high quality, and meets all food safety standards. Pasteurization heats the milk to remove harmful bacteria while keeping the protein's nutritional quality.

We recommend enjoying 1 serve of our product per day to help support your protein intake, while getting the rest of your daily protein needs from other wholefoods like legumes, nuts, seeds, grains, and quality animal products (if included in your diet). This approach supports a balanced, nutrient dense lifestyle that aligns with our wholefood philosophy.
