Banana Berry Smoothie Bowl
This is a favourite smoothie bowl recipe among the Nutra households. Here we have used fruit juice instead of milk for the liquid, however coconut milk or almond milk would also be delish.

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup of organic orange juice (or liquid of your choice)
  • 2 tbsp coconut chips 
  • nuts and seeds of choice for topping
  • handful of berries, we used strawberries and raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Berry Immune
  • 1 tsp Thriving Family Smooth Vanilla

1. Blend together all ingredients apart from berries, nuts and seeds, and coconut chips. 

2. Serving into bowls and then add remaining ingredients as toppings, serve immediately.
