Strawberry Choc Easter Gummies

These Easter gummies will be hopping straight to the top of your treat list! With delicious Gutsy Gummies mixed with Collagen Hot Chocolate, you’ve got the best of both worlds in a chewy little snack that supports gut health and wellbeing while giving your skin a beauty boost. Sweet enough to feel like Easter, but light enough that you won’t regret going back for more.

  • Gummy moulds
  1. Heat 400 ml milk until almost boiling
  2. Add ⅓ cup Gutsy Gummies Strawberry  and 100 ml water to a jug or bowl, mix to combine.
  3. Add ¼ cup Australian Gelatin and ½ cup water to a bowl, mix to combine.
  4. Add 200 ml of the hot milk to the gummy mixture, whisk to combine.
  5. Add ⅓ cup of Collagen Hot Chocolate to the remaining milk, whisk to combine
  6. Add the hot chocolate mixture to the bloomed gelatin, whisk to combine.
  7. Fill the moulds with the mixture to  ⅔ full, leaving room for the other layer. Alternate with the pink and chocolate mixture.
  8. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes or until solid.
  9. Top up with the remaining mixture alternating the flavours, refrigerate for a further 30-40 minutes to set.

Note: This recipe yields more chocolate mixture than strawberry.
