Lemon Water—Does It Really Detox?

Does drinking lemon water in the morning detoxify your body?
Lemon water is refreshing and provides vitamin C, but it doesn’t "detox" your body. Lemons can also support the production of digestive enzymes in the body which can support the breakdown and removal of toxins. However, staying hydrated with lemon water can support digestion and keep your skin glowing.
Too much lemon can erode tooth enamel over time—so drink with a straw or rinse your mouth after!
