Let's be honest, gravy is the make-or-break moment of any roast dinner. Too thin and it's basically flavoured water. Too thick and you're basically eating wallpaper paste. And don't even get us started on standing over a pan for an hour trying to coax flavour out of drippings that just... aren't there.

Good news: you don't need any of that drama.

This silky bone broth gravy comes together in about 10 minutes, using a spoonful of Nutra Naturals Bone Broth Concentrate to do all the heavy lifting flavour-wise. No roasting tray scrapings, no simmering bones for six hours, no last-minute panic when you realise you forgot to save the pan juices. Just rich, deep, proper savoury flavour - whisked up while everything else on the table is still cooking.

Melt your butter, whisk in the flour and garlic powder, then slowly bring it together with the broth until it's glossy, thick, and utterly spoon-coating. Pour it generously over mash, roast veg, or literally anything that could use a bit of extra comfort.

Simple ingredients. Silky results. Ridiculously good gravy.

  1. In a glass jug, add boiling water, and Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate. Mix to combine.
  2. Add butter, flour and garlic powder to a saucepan on low/medium heat to melt the butter.
  3. Once the mixture is nicely combined, turn the heat to medium and whisk constantly for 2 minutes. The edges will bubble a little.
  4. Turn the heat down to low then whisk in a small amount of the chicken bone broth liquid, stirring constantly to not let any lumps form.
  5. Slowly adding the broth in increments (about ¾-1 cup) whisking to combine.
  6. Turn the heat back up to medium, look for bubbles around the edges and start whisking constantly for about 5 minutes. The gravy will turn to a nice thick consistency. Remove from heat.
