This 20 Minute Beef Stir Fry is proof that quick meals can still be packed with flavour and nourishment. Inspired by Pad Kra Pao & @desertislanddishes- loaded with over 30g of protein per serve, it combines beef mince, vibrant greens and Natural Beef Bone Broth Concentrate for a simple, satisfying dinner that's ready in no time.

Add olive oil and garlic to a pan on medium heat, cook for 2-3 minutes to soften, then add beef mince, cook until browned.
Add beans, baby spinach and ¾ of the spring onions, stir for 2 mins.
Add soy, beef bone broth, honey and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
Serve rice and stir fry into bowls.
Add a little more olive oil to the pan, crack in 4 eggs. Cover with a lid, cook for a minute or two until the white is cooked and the egg is jammy.
Layer over an egg onto each bowl. Cover with chilli crisp.
