Taco ‘bout a game changer! These Air Fryer Chicken Tacos are crispy, juicy, and downright delicious. Tender chicken thighs are marinated with Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Lemon Paprika, smoked paprika, garlic, and onion powder for that smoky, savory goodness. Pile it into toasted tortillas with creamy avocado, sour cream, charred corn, pickled jalapeños, and pink pickled onions. Top it all off with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime for a zesty finish. Easy, tasty, and totally taco-worthy!

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F or the oven to 425°F.
  • Mix marinade ingredients together in a bowl. Add chicken and coat all over.
  • Lay chicken onto a lined baking sheet or into the air fryer basket. Bake for 25 minutes in the air fryer or 30-35 minutes in the oven. Make sure the chicken is cooked through (165°F).
  • Remove chicken and slice into thin strips on a chopping board.
  • Meanwhile, mash avocado, add ½ lime juice and a pinch of salt.
  • To char the corn, toast over a gas flame or shave kernels into a dry skillet and toast on medium heat until charred.
  • Toast tortillas on a gas flame for a couple of seconds on each side, or warm according to package instructions.
  • Assemble the tacos: Layer a tablespoon of mashed avocado, sour cream, then add the chicken, corn, jalapeños, pickled onions, and chopped cilantro. Serve with a wedge of lime.
  • Note: To make it kid-friendly, leave off anything spicy!
