It’s oh so simple and easy, how meals and nutrition should be for busy mums and bubs right? Eating those veggies and mash has never been easier with a delicious gravy to sweeten (well savoury) the deal, plus the hidden benefits of broth for bubbas immunity and wellbeing. 1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour or cornstarch if you want it to be gluten free
- On a low/medium heat, melt butter and add flour.
- Allow to cook off for a little while, keeping the butter and flour moving.
- Slowly introduce the broth. Keep stirring (whisk works best) until desired consistency is achieved.
- Pour over steamed vegetables, vegetable mash or scrambled eggs for extra nutrients and flavour.
