These brown sugar espresso overnight oats solve the eternal "coffee or breakfast" dilemma by combining both into one jar. A double shot of espresso, brown sugar and warming cinnamon turn a basic overnight oats recipe into something that tastes closer to a coffee-shop treat than a Tuesday breakfast.

Mixed the night before with oats, chia seeds and oat milk, this make-ahead breakfast sets in the fridge overnight so all that's left in the morning is a stir, a dollop of vanilla yoghurt, and your toppings of choice — brown sugar, cinnamon, or a few coffee beans for that café-style finish.

Perfect for busy mornings, meal prep breakfasts, or anyone who wants their coffee fix built into their food, these easy overnight oats make 4 single serves and keep well in the fridge for a few days — a genuine grab-and-go breakfast recipe with real coffee flavour.
